Marc Janko scores a brilliant chested down volley from 50 yards

Bradley Kanaris

You don’t always have to blast the ball. Sometimes precision works, and precision requires skill. You know, like the skill to chest a ball down right onto your foot and rip a shot on the full volley right into the corner of the net.

Marc Janko had a fine career in Europe, playing across several countries while starring for Austria. At 31 years old, he decided to try a new challenge: Australia's A-League.

And he’s already conquered it*.

* Kind of, not really, but this goal is great so just smile and go with it.
