You are looking live at the UEFA Champions League Round of 16 draw, made Monday in Switzerland. The 16 teams that got through the group stage have learned their opponents for the knockout round, and there’s a fun group of matches ahead.

The draw’s been made, and it’s mean to Chelsea and Barcelona.
Defending champions Real Madrid are among the group winners, and they’re the only team to make it through the group stage with a perfect record. There wasn’t even another team with five wins and one draw -- they’re three points better than the next-best sides. Fellow La Liga challengers Atletico Madrid and Barcelona are group winners as well, along with Chelsea and Bayern Munich. All of the tournament’s big favorites will be avoiding each other until at least the quarterfinals.
But that doesn’t mean this draw wasn’t incredibly interesting. There’s plenty of quality among the second-placed teams, like at PSG and Manchester City, who could spring big upsets.
As a reminder, teams could not be drawn against their group mates or teams from the same nation. All draw restrictions are lifted for the quarterfinals.
