When Jose Mourinho was at Inter Milan, he was charged with developing the young and very talented Mario Balotelli. At one point, he thought it would be good to have a meeting, so he asked Balotelli to meet him in his office at 2 p.m., but 2 p.m. came and went without Balotelli showing up.

Why not? Formula One.
“We had funny problems,” Mourinho told BT Sport. “I told him to be at 2 p.m. in my office for a meeting and when I called him he’d gone to the Formula One qualification on the Saturday for the race on Sunday.
“He said, ‘meetings in your office I can have every day, but to see the Formula 1 is only once a year in Italy’. A couple of days later I had to laugh.”
Mourinho spoke highly of Balotelli, saying “he’s a nice kid.” Might we add hilarious, phenomenal and amazing to that description too.
