Former Ajax, Netherlands player looking for new club on LinkedIn

Demy de Zeeuw is truly social.

Twitter is for degenerates and Facebook is for old people trying to be cool. But LinkedIn, that is a truly cool social network for upstanding professionals

LinkedIn is also a social network on which former Ajax midfielder Demy de Zeeuw is looking for a club.

de Zeeuw isn't some scrub. He has played for Ajax, AZ Alkmaar, Spartak Moscow and has 27 caps for the Netherlands. But he also happens to be a free agent after Anderlecht let him go and manager John van den Brom said he had a bad attitude.

Now 31 years old, de Zeeuw is showing he is youthful and hip by using social media. Good luck with that. If no one bites, he could try starting a garage band and joining MySpace.
