After years of mismanagement and embarrassment, Liverpool are finally back and one fan is really, really excited about it. He's so excited that he wants to note Brendan Rodgers' work to turn them into a fourth place team until the day he dies.

— Joe Daley (@joe_daley) February 11, 2014 Yes, real, live human being decided to tattoo Rodgers’ face on himself and, because he is sharing it with the world, it’s safe to say that he wasn’t drunk when he got it either. That or he’s still drunk.
The accompanying quote reads: “I’ve always said that you can live without water for many days, but you can’t live for a second without hope.” That was said by Rodgers, of course.
That quote does look like a missed opportunity to give his tattoo a bit of intelligence as sophistication, though. He could have gone with the formula that landed Rodgers this quote: “I’ve always worked along the statistic, that if you can dominate the game with the ball you have a 79% chance of winning a game of football.”
Math!
Then again, he must think fourth place is first. Math clearly isn’t a priority in Joe’s home.
