There aren't any real surprises in either Schalke 04 or Real Madrid's starting lineups for their big Champions League meet in Gelsenkirchen tonight.

Dani Carvajal and Gareth Bale both start for Real Madrid, while pre-match doubt Benedikt Höwedes makes Schalke’s 11.
However, Benedikt Höwedes -- who was an early doubt for the Germans -- has been declared fit to start at right-back; given the tough task of keeping Cristiano Ronaldo quiet. Sead Kolašinac will try and do the same with Gareth Bale on the opposite side of the field. Klaas-Jan Huntelaar starts up top.
Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti has opted to start Dani Carvajal at right-back in place of Álvaro Arbeloa, with Karim Benzema spearheading their mean attacking trio.
