The latest iteration of the adiZero F50 is arguably the cream of adidas’ crop of generally excellent boot options. It’s a very light, very good-looking, and very comfortable option for players in a marketplace that is full of innovation and constant competition. The Samba F50, introduced back in November of last year, is the newest in the silo’s storied line of boots and it’s arguably the greatest. When we had some time with the Samba F50 last year, it was the Solar Blue colorway that got a detailed review but when adidas offered a look at their latest colorway, Solar Slime, it was something that couldn’t be passed up.
In detail: adidas adiZero F50 Solar Slime

The F50’s latest look is derived from from some of the other boots offered in the Samba Pack, specifically the Nitrocharge and Predator Lethal Zones. The Nitrocharge, like this pair of F50s, came in the overall Solar Slime colorway. However, with that boot, the laces matched the rest of the body. That’s where the Predators come in with their Vivid Berry colorway. The F50 takes a number of cues from the latter offering, specifically the color of the laces, adidas logo on the heel, and accents.
The photos above are the F50s details in all of their glory on an otherwise miserable Western New York day.
