Martino has backed off his rotation policy int he past month, but he still may be tempted to make a few changes with the Copa del Rey final against Real Madrid looming in the mid-week ahead. Even if he wanted to make some changes in the central defense, his options are extremely limited with both Gerard Piqué and Carles Puyol sidelined. Marc Bartra and Javier Mascherano will likely continue to start together, in front of José Manuel Pinto.
Granada are on the edge of the relegation battle, just three points above the drop zone, and nothing would make their fans happier than an upset of Barca they helped lead their team to safety. With Barca's defense decimated by injuries, anything is possible.
