Recent defeats to Aston Villa and Crystal Palace have severely dented Chelsea's hopes of winning the Premier League. Heading into matchday 34, they are just a couple of points in arrears of league leaders Liverpool, but would be four points off top if Manchester City win both of their games in hand.
Swansea City vs. Chelsea: Preview, TV schedule and how to watch online
Chelsea will look to keep the pressure on their title rivals with a win over Swansea on Sunday.

However, they're not quite out of the running yet, and need to ensure they're in a position to capitalise on any late slipups. That means picking up three points away at Swansea City on Sunday, with Garry Monk's outfit having been in extremely patchy form so far this season. The Swans are six points above the relegation zone with five games left to play, so aren't yet wholly out of trouble yet.
For this match they'll only be without defender Kyle Barkley through injury, while Chelsea have a couple of early concerns. Long-term injured midfielder Marco van Ginkel is expected to miss out again, while Eden Hazard is a doubt after picking up a calf injury in the dramatic Champions League win over Paris Saint-Germain.
