Bayern will no doubt dominate possession, but the first leg demonstrated that Madrid are more than capable when it comes to defensive organisation. With Cristiano Ronaldo and Gareth Bale set to start, they'll also look to take advantage of any space in behind Philipp Lahm and David Alaba on the break, especially if Bayern become more and more desperate as the game wears on.
Bayern will be without Thiago Alcântara and Xherdan Shaqiri through injury, as well as second-choice keeper Tom Starke. Madrid were without Pepe and Karim Benzema on the weekend, though they should be fit to start. However, their teammates Sami Khedira, Álvaro Arbeloa and Jesé are all out injured.
