PSG are in great shape after their big win in the first leg but their work is far from done if they want to advance to the semifinals. If Laurent Blanc’s team is to move on, they’ll have to do it without striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic who suffered a hamstring strain in the first leg. Fortunately, PSG’s deep pockets have them well prepared for losing Zlatan, with Edinson Cavani more than capable of stepping in.
Blanc rested Ezequiel Lavezzi, Thiago Motta, and Blaise Matuidi over the weekend, with Lavezzi the only one to see action as a substitute.
Jose Mourinho has nearly his entire roster available to him with no injury issues reported. The only missing player will be midfielder Ramires who is suspended for yellow card accumulation. Samuel Eto'o and Jon Obi Mikel should be available despite both dealing with knocks over the past week.
