Manchester City have capitalised on Liverpool's late slips to take a two-point advantage into the final Premier League matchday of the season. Heading in with a big goal differential buffer too, they know that a point against mid-table West Ham United will almost certainly be enough for them to lift the trophy.
Manchester City vs. West Ham United: Preview, TV schedule and how to watch online
Manchester City know that a draw will almost certainly be enough for them to seal the Premier League crown on Sunday.

Sam Allardyce teams are notoriously hard to break down, though the Hammers -- currently down in 12th place -- shouldn't have enough quality to have a serious bearing on the title race. If City can handle the nerves of the final game of the season, they should quite comfortably pick up the required point.
Citizens' boss Manuel Pellegrini only has a couple of absentees, with defender Matija Nastasić and winger Jesús Navas both likely sidelined through injury. For the Hammers, striker Marco Borriello will probably miss out once again with his calf problem.
