World Cup schedule 2014, group stage: England vs. Italy headlines Day 3’s action
Get set for a mammoth stint in front of the TV on Saturday, with four World Cup games available for your viewing pleasure.

There are only five days in the entire World Cup that you get to sit in front of the TV for four straight matches, and the first is on Saturday. With the next not coming until we're midway through the second week of action, make sure to make the most of it.
That fixture comes three hours before Uruguay should record a comfortable Group D victory over Costa Rica, who are genuine World Cup minnows and one of the most defensive sides in the entire tournament. Uruguay know that having been drawn alongside England and Italy, they can ill-afford to slip up.
Hot on the heels of Uruguay's match is the day's headline fixture, with the two aforementioned Group D giants meeting in Manaus. It's a fixture so important that it'll probably end deadlocked and goalless, though so nervy should both England and Italy, it'll certainly be worth a watch regardless.
However, perhaps FIFA are saving the best until last, with Ivory Coast's clash against Japan in Group C set up to be a highly entertaining one. Both sides are pretty much of a similar ability, and will no doubt be confident of sneaking through into the knockout stages -- if only by finishing second behind Colombia. What's more, both teams are considerably better at attacking than they are defending, meaning we'll hopefully see quite a few goals.
