Luis Suárez starts for Uruguay while England are unchanged
Luis Suárez starts for Uruguay in their crunch World Cup clash with an unchanged England.

Uruguay coach Óscar Tabárez has made five changes to the Celeste starting lineup from their opening defeat against Costa Rica. Álvaro Pereira, José María Giménez, Álvaro González, Nicolás Lodeiro and most importantly Luis Suárez all come into the side for their crunch match against England. Uruguay know that a defeat would all but eliminate them from the competition.
England v. Uruguay
The same is true for Roy Hodgson's England, though the Three Lions' boss is confident enough in his team to name an unchanged lineup from their opening defeat to Italy. However, we'll likely see some players switched around in attack -- Wayne Rooney is expected to start through the middle rather than out on the left, flanked by Danny Welbeck and Raheem Sterling.
Uruguay starting lineup (4-4-2): Fernando Muslera; Álvaro Pereira, José María Giménez, Diego Godín, Martín Cáceres; Álvaro González, Nicolás Lodeiro, Egidio Arévalo Ríos, Cristian Rodríguez; Edinson Cavani, Luis Suárez.
England starting lineup (4-2-3-1): Joe Hart; Leighton Baines, Phil Jagielka, Gary Cahill, Glen Johnson; Steven Gerrard, Jordan Henderson; Danny Welbeck, Wayne Rooney, Raheem Sterling; Daniel Sturridge.
