Brazil sealed a (nervy) place in the quarterfinals yesterday after what was a much more diffi

cult affair than they perhaps would have liked. The home team once again wore their home kits but were forced to switch from their traditional blue shorts to the white ones that they have paired with their away kits due to color clash with Chile's home kits. Speaking of those red Chile kits, we now have to say goodbye to those classy red Puma numbers with the away team's heartbreaking exit from the tournament.

With Uruguay's exit from the tournament, Puma has just two representatives (Algeria and Switzerland) left in the tournament. We also are forced to say goodbye to Uruguay's celestial blue, gold, and white home kits. Colombia did their end of the business thanks to some incredible work from James Rodriguez and he did it in Colombia's yellow home kits, one that they have not had to change out of in this tournament.

Neymar's custom golden Nike boots made their debut against Chile last night as the Barcelona man marked the occasion with an assist on David Luiz's opening goal. Neymar, however, would not wear them for the entire match, changing back into the Hyper Punch colorway midway through the match.

Colombia’s James Rodriguez did the business for his side last night, scoring both of the game’s goals, including a stunning first effort that is one of the goals of the entire tournament. He did it wearing the adidas Battle Pack F50 as he took his goal tally for the tournament to five.
