The United States won their first two Send-Off Series matches -- 2-0 over Azerbaijan and 2-1 over Turkey -- and today they will try to make it a clean sweep against Nigeria. This is the Americans' final friendly before the World Cup and they would love nothing more than to go to Brazil coming off of a good performance, as well as three straight wins.

The U.S. is set for their final Send-Off Series friendly against Nigeria.

Nigeria figures to give the U.S. their toughest test of the Send-Off Series. They're a good team that will also be in Brazil and have a chance to get out of the group stage, but most importantly to Jurgen Klinsmann, they're supposed to be similar to Ghana and a perfect tune-up for the Americans ahead of their World Cup opener.
Klinsmann has changed up his lineup for this match, putting Kyle Beckerman, Jermaine Jones and Michael Bradley all in the team together. Exactly how that pans out -- maybe with Beckerman deep, Bradley at the tip of the diamond and Jones with Alejandro Bedoya as shuttler and maybe in a 4-2-3-1 -- remains to be seen, but it is certainly a major change for the Americans.
About 50,000 fans are expected at Everbank Field for the contest so the atmosphere should be fantastic. That’s assuming the U.S. gives them anything to cheer about, of course.
