The United States and Belgium meet for the lineup spot in the World Cup quarterfinals. Here's how the two teams will line up at kickoff.

For the USA, head coach Jurgen Klinsmann has made two changes to his lineup from the Germany match. Geoff Cameron is back in the starting eleven, but instead of playing on the back line, he replaces Kyle Beckerman in the midfield. Alejandro Bedoya returns, replacing Brad Davis. Jozy Alitdore is on the bench, and available as a potential substitute if needed.

Marc Wilmots has made several changes to his lineup after resting some of his key players against South Korea. Eden Hazard and Axel Witsel return, as Adnan Januzaj drops to the bench, and Witsel reclaims his starting spot from the suspended Steven Defour. At the back, Vincent Kompany is fit to start, while Toby Alderweireld takes over at fullback from the injured Anthony Vanden Borre. Maroune Fellaini drops back into a deeper midfield role, replacing Mouse Dembélé, with Kevin de Bruyne returning to the attack.

Up front, Kevin Mirallas returns to the bench as Divock Origi gets his first start of the tournament, ahead of the ineffective Romelu Lukaku.

Belgium starting lineup (4-2-3-1): Thibaut Courtois; Jan Vertonghen, Vincent Kompany, Daniel van Buyten, Toby Alderweireld; Axel Witsel, Marouane Fellaini; Eden Hazard, Kevin de Bruyne, Dries Mertens; Divock Origi

United States starting lineup (4-2-3-1): Tim Howard; DaMarcus Beasley, Matt Besler, Omar Gonzalez, Fabian Johnson; Geoff Cameron, Jermaine Jones; Alejandro Bedoya, Michael Bradley, Graham Zusi; Clint Dempsey.
