Colombia's James Rodriguez has won the 2014 Golden Boot award as the leading goal scorer at this year's World Cup. Rodriguez played in five games and scored six times, once more than second place Thomas Müller of Germany.

His strong performance won over neutral fans, and will likely cause the youngster to be the subject of plenty of transfer rumors, and perhaps actual bids, over the rest of the summer.
Müller, who was unable to score in Sunday’s final, finished second with five goals, while Neymar, Lionel Messi, and Robin Van Persie tied for third place with four goals each. Five players finished the tournament with three goals: Karim Benzema, Arjen Robben, Andre Schürrle, Enner Valencia, and Xherdan Shaqiri.
