Stoke City signs Bojan Krkić from Barcelona
The 23-year-old Spanish striker has agreed to a four-year contract with the Potters.

Head coach Mark Hughes spoke about the signing not the Potters' website.
“Anyone who knows European football will be aware of him as a player and the fact that he sees his future at Stoke City is really exciting and an endorsement of the Club itself. He’s desperate to prove himself in the Premier League and we’re pleased to be able to offer him that platform.”
Bojan is a product of Barcelona's famed youth academy, La Masia, who failed to ever live up to the massive expectations that were placed on his shoulders. The Catalan forward made his first team debut in 2007 at the age of 16, but he never settled in with the club, and has spent the last few seasons on loan with AS Roma, AC Milan, and Ajax.
He joins Marc Muniesa, another La Masia product, at Stoke City. The 22-year-old defender signed with the Potters last summer on a free transfer.
