After this season, Manchester United are moving to adidas as the club's long-term deal with Nike expires. Before they get three stripes on their shoulders though, the Red Devils are getting one more meaningful kit effort from Nike. Unfortunately, it is literally more of the same. Manchester United's 2014/15 away kit is last season's home but white with an updated template and an awful sponsor logo on the chest.
Manchester United’s new away kit is pretty much last year’s home but white

The new away shirt is based on the same template that Nike used for the home kits of Inter Milan and AS Roma. It features an all-white body save for a black polo collar that features a single button at the top. The button is engraved with the club's name. Should fans want to flip the collar up, they will reveal red, black, and white stripes on the reverse that are a clear homage to club legends like Eric Cantona. The front of the shirt is home to the huge Chevy logo that plagued the front of the home kit.
The back of the shirt is home to an engineered mesh in a series of chevrons that Nike say “replicate the pattern used on United shirts as far back as the early 20th century.” The inside of the neck is missing the pennant tab that Nike have placed on just about every other one of their clubs but there is a small label that bears the words “Youth, Courage, Greatness.”
The shorts that combine with the away shirt are all black to match the top’s collar while the socks are all white except for a thick black band at the top.
