Megan Rapinoe scores from ridiculous angle

For all the success that the Seattle Reign have had this year -- they've lost just once and have now clinched the NWSL Shield with four games remaining -- Megan Rapinoe has not been a huge part. The United States women's national team star has been nursing various injuries for most of the season, but is slowly rounding back into form.

She scored an impressive header on Sunday in the Reign’s 5-0 win over the Portland Thorns, but the surest sign that Rapinoe close to her old self was this goal on Wednesday against the Houston Dash.

It’s possible she was actually trying to cross that, but considering how far away it from her closest teammate I’m inclined to think that was completely on purpose.
