There is not a more fun player in Major League Soccer than Erick Torres. I’m pretty sure I wrote something similar last week after an amazing goal. Well, he did it again, only this one was more amazing.
Cubo Torres scores late winner, loves fun
And apparently so does the announcer, who held his “gol” call for nearly 20 seconds.

With Chivas USA seemingly playing out the final seconds of a listless 0-0 draw with the Montreal Impact, Torres got just the smallest opening. After a deflected shot into the penalty area, Torres popped the ball up to himself and unleashed a wicked bicycle kick that beat Impact goalkeeper Troy Perkins to the near post.
The best part? It was in the 94th minute and proved to be the game-winner, Chivas USA's third straight and moving them within five points of the final playoff spot in the Western Conference.
The other best part? The goal call. Not only does it feature an 18-second “gooooooooooooooooooooool” call, but there’s also some genuine chuckling in the background from the color analyst. Clearly, he gets it.
