Shut it down because Zenit Saint Petersburg’s 2014/15 Nike home and away kits win
The Russian Premier League is usually not the first place to look for the most beautiful kits or football but FC Zenit Saint Petersburg are looking to change that in at least one regard.

— FC Zenit in English (@fczenit_en) July 6, 2014 Wearing Nike once again for the upcoming 2014/15 season, Zenit have unveiled a pair of absolutely gorgeous kits. The new home shirt utilizes the fantastic template that France wore during their World Cup quarterfinals run but opts for a bit more color. Zenit will wear their traditional marine blue color with a rounded navy blue collar and sleeve cuffs. The home kit is completed by marine blue shorts and socks.
The away kit, on the other hand, features a v-neck collar similar to the one worn by the Netherlands, Croatia, Portugal, Brazil (away kit) and other Nike teams during the World Cup. The shirt is all-white save for the collar, which comes in marine blue, and a gorgeous two-toned sash that runs down the body from the right shoulder to the left hem. The sash is inspired by the uniforms of Peter the Great's army and switches from marine to navy blue midway through its run. The away kit is paired with white shorts that feature blue stripes running down the side and white socks with a blue band across the top.
Congratulations to the guys on opening the pre-season with a victory, and to @salorondon23 on his beautiful goal! pic.twitter.com/eH1QE4KhmL
— FC Zenit in English (@fczenit_en) July 6, 2014 Both shirts feature a pennant tab on the inside, just below the color, that is also present in all of Nike’s other kits for both the World Cup and the upcoming season. Zenit’s read “Наше имя зенит” or “Our Name is Zenit,” in English.
