A ref got in a player’s way, so a teammate shoved the ref

Ref gets in your team’s way? Get payback.

Sometimes referees get in the way. Rarely do you see a player on the impeded team get payback.

That is Corinthians’ Petros shoving the ref after the man with the whistle got in the way of Jadson. And he didn’t see a card for it because, well, the ref couldn’t see a thing. Petros was wise enough to hit him from behind so the ref had no idea what was going on. He’s a pro.

And Corinthians even got a little gift from the ref, as he showed Santos a red card later in the match.

Let that be a lesson to you: giving the ref a shove never goes wrong.
