Marc André ter Stegen injured back in training, Barcelona confirms
The new Barcelona goalkeeper injured his back in training, but it doesn’t appear to be serious.

With just two weeks until the start of the new Spanish season, Barcelona are being cautious with ter Stegen and will keep him out of first team training for the time being as a precaution. Test performed on Tuesday morning confirmed the injury and the club said their new goalkeeper will be given a “specific recovery workout” for the next few trainings sessions.
The new Bluagrana signing joined the club earlier this summer from Borussia Mönchengladbach, and looks to have earned the starting job ahead of fellow new signing Claudio Bravo.
Should the young German not be ready for Barcelona's season opener against Elche, new head coach Luis Enrique will decide between Bravo or former Barca B keeper Jordi Masip in net.
