Sporting KC owner does Ice Bucket Challenge with MLS Cup

The Sporting Kansas City owner took the Ice Bucket Challenge. But he did it with the best bucket yet.

Sporting Kansas City owner Rob Heinemann was nominated for the Ice Bucket Challenge, but he had a problem: he didn't have an ice bucket. So he rummaged around his garage and way in back, behind some old, dusty boxes, he found a big ol' cup. It wasn't a bucket, but it would suffice.

It was MLS Cup.

So no, there may not have been ice and no, it wasn’t the most creative dumping, he got to show off his trophy for being the best soccer team in the country’s best league. Oh, and he helped out a worthy cause in the process. Point, Heinemann.
