Earlier this summer, adidas secured a huge sponsorship deal with Manchester United, tying the Red Devils down to a ten year deal with lots of cash involved. They have also been busy on the national team front with adidas now tying down Belgium to a multi-year deal that will see the promising side, one that made it to the quarterfinals of the 2014 World Cup after a long absence from the event, wearing three stripes.
adidas sign another set of Red Devils with Belgium kit deal
No, not those Red Devils.

Belgium will wear adidas kits through the EURO 2016 qualification campaign, beginning next month. Speaking about the new deal, Claus-Peter Mayer, adidas’ VP of Global Sports Marketing for Football, said:
“It is a great addition to the adidas portfolio to have signed this football nation of huge potential and it demonstrates our continued investment in football around the world. With a great achievement at the FIFA World Cup 2014 reaching the quarter finals, and a current fifth place at the FIFA World Ranking, we are excited about this strong relationship and look forward to UEFA EURO 2016.”
As part of the announcement, adidas have unveiled a pair of new kits for Belgium that are admittedly unremarkable at best. The home kit is Belgium's traditional red from top top bottom (save for the adidas stripes and logo, which are white). The primary uniform uses the same template that Bosnia and Herzegovina wore on short notice at the World Cup.
The away kit is almost all black and borrows the template that Swansea City used for their away kit last season. The chest and shoulders are white, cutting away from the body using a jagged line. The adidas logo and stripes are all black and the kit is completed by black shorts and socks.
