Sometimes the corner flag gets in the way of your corner kick

Nantes’ Serge Gakpe’s corner kick went awry when a rogue corner flag jumped in front of him and got in the way. He correctly retaliated by kicking the pitch invading corner flag, dealing it the justice it deserved.

So maybe that corner flag thought it was being cheeky. Maybe it’s having a laugh at the pub with some of his fellow corner flags, but it has that bruise. We know Gakpe really got the last laugh.
