Champions League scores: Leverkusen wins five-goal thriller, Arsenal and Napoli both draw

The Champions League playoffs got underway on Tuesday with five first leg matches.

Tuesday saw five of the 10 Champions League playoff ties get underway, with the likes of Arsenal and Napoli in action as they look to qualify for the group stages.

Gonzalo Higuaín and Iker Muniaín both scored as Napoli played Athletic Bilbao to a 1-1 draw in Italy. Ernesto Valverde

Steaua Bucuresti will take a 1-0 lead in the second leg against Ludogorets Razgrad after Alexsandru Chipciu grabbed a winner in the 88th minute. SV Salzburg will also take a lead into the second leg after they defeated Malmo 2-1.
