Zoltan Gera is still playing and scoring thunderbolts
The Hungarian’s rocket of a leg is still intact.

Zoltan Gera’s second stint at West Brom was fine enough, but it was clear that time had caught up to him. He played just 30 times in three years, mainly as a substitute, but he still had the ability to hit long range belters. When he left the club after last season, we figured his career was just about over.
So Gera went back to his native Hungary and joined Ferencvarosi TC to close out his career, but that rocket of a leg was still fully functioning. And he has no problem using it.
The 35-year-old may not be the player he once was, but he still has some magic left in him. And thank the YouTube gods for capturing it.
