Serie A soccer owners are notorious for being bombastic, but Atalanta’s Antonio Percassi has just blown the competition away:

Napoli’s Aurelio de Laurentiis previously held the record for most absurd thing an owner has done on the streets of Italy when he escaped from a league-wide meeting on a stranger’s scooter, but he’s going to have to go some way to top driving a retired fighter plane through a city.

Next step is tanks, probably.
