In the first-half, Real Madrid scored its only goal when Gareth Bale scored on a penalty in between a brace by Manchester United's Ashley Young. Manchester United substitute Javier Hernandez added another goal in the second half, and a surprising entrance from Cristiano Ronaldo in the 74th minute couldn't push Real Madrid to threaten.
Atlanta Hawks center Al Horford was also a part of the record-setting crowd.
