Watch the Goal of the Day, a twisting and acrobatic scissor kick

Flying through the air and contorting your body is hard, but David Lafata made it look easy. And cool. And he scored.

Michael Regan

Czech club Jablonec were good to David Lafata. He played more than 160 matches for them and they did nothing but love him. Then last year he signs with Sparta Prague and when they played Jablonec on Sunday, how did he repay his former club?

By doing this to them. By crushing Jablonec with a dirty, filthy, amazing goal.

Has he no conscience? No love? No mercy?

He does not, thankfully.
