Liverpool have returned to the Champions League at last, and now commentators can stop gushing about European nights at Anfield like they're something only experienced by someone who walked uphill both ways to school. We can all experience them for ourselves now! They kick off their Champions League campaign on Tuesday, when they host underdogs Ludogorets (2:45 p.m. ET, FOX Sports 2).
Liverpool vs. Ludogorets, 2014 UEFA Champions League: Live streaming and how to watch online

The biggest piece of offseason news for Liverpool was the sale of Luis Suarez, who brought in a pretty hefty transfer income. The Reds reinvested that in their squad, most notably buying Mario Balotelli, but also a dozen other players. They're not quite gelled together yet, but they should have no problem beating Ludogorets at home.
Ludogorets are without their first and second choice goalkeepers, which should making pulling off an upset pretty difficult. They're unlikely to put Cosmin Moti -- the defender who stepped between the sticks and helped them win a shootout in the playoff -- back into the goal. Liverpool have quite a few injuries and suspensions, and will be missing all of Daniel Sturridge, Emre Can, Lazar Markovic and Glen Johnson.
Sadly for Liverpool fans in America, this is not one of the games that FOX sublicensed to ESPN, so the game will not be available on ESPN3 or Watch ESPN like today’s other Champions League games. There are two other options, both via FOX.
The first is FOX Sports Go, which is free if your provider has access. If you are a TV subscriber to FOX Sports 2, you can catch the game live on that app. If you don't have access to FOX Sports Go, you can also catch the game on FOX Soccer 2 Go, a paid service that does not require a TV subscription.
In Canada, the game is streaming on Sportsnet World Now, while the ITV Player is the place to watch in the U.K. For listings from other countries, check out LiveSoccerTV.
