Bayern Munich vs. Manchester City live stream: How to watch the UEFA Champions League online

Manchester City and Bayern Munich have been drawn together in the UEFA Champions League for the second season in a row, and the Citizens will be hoping they fare better this time around. These teams split their games last year, but Bayern came out on top of their group. City might like their chances of doing better this year by grabbing points at the Allianz Arena on Wednesday (2:45 p.m. ET, FOX Sports 1), as Bayern are a bit of a work in progress.

The Bavarians improved their squad significantly over the offseason with the signings of Robert Lewandowski, Juan Bernat, Sebastian Rode and Mehdi Benatia, but they're dealing with injury problems at the moment. Benatia is fighting for fitness, as are Holger Badstuber and Franck Ribery, while Javi Martinez is out through the new year. City have fewer fitness issues, and are also a bit more settled. They know how they want to play, while Pep Guardiola is still experimenting with Bayern.

In the United States, there are three options for watching the game online. While FOX has sublicensed some Champions League games to ESPN, this is not one of the games that is available on ESPN3. However, it is on the Watch ESPN app for subscribers to ESPN Deportes.

There are two different streaming options through FOX. The first is FOX Sports Go, where you will be able to watch the game for free if you are a TV subscriber to FOX Sports 1. If neither of those options works for you, there’s also FOX Soccer 2 Go, a paid service that does not require any television subscription.

You can catch the game on Sky Go in the U.K., and on Sportsnet World Now in Canada. For listings from more countries, check out LiveSoccerTV.
