Atlético Madrid vs. Celta Vigo live stream: How to watch La Liga online, TV schedule and more

After a tough loss in the Champions League, Atléti return home to face Celta Vigo.

Gonzalo Arroyo Moreno

Atlético Madrid followed up their huge Madrid Derby victory with a disappointing loss in the Champions League. Not only did they lose the match, they lost Mario Mandžukić for at least the new two matches with a broken nose. Diego Simeone will be forced to make some adjustments as he tries to get his team back in the win column.

Key Player: Raúl García and Raúl Jiménez

Depending on whether Diego Simeone uses a 4-4-2 or 4-2-3-1 will determine if one or both of these players are key for Atléti on Saturday. With Mario Mandžukić out after surgery on his broken nose, Simeone will need someone to step-up and lead the attack. While neither García or Jiménez are the same type of striker that Mandžukić is, they’re still skilled players capable of disrupting a defense. The limited training time ahead of the match and fatigue issues won’t help, so to avoid an upset, someone needs to have a big match.

Key Matchup: Celta’s defense vs.Their propensity to collapse

Celta Vigo have started he season quite well with five points and no losses. There's every reason to believe they should be even better if not for their defense blowing a two-goal lead against Real Sociedad. Celta's offense has proven they can generate goals, and Atlético can be scored upon. The difference cold be in whether or not Celta's defense can tighten things up and prevent Atléti from peppering their goal.

Atléti’s attack will be missing their main striker as Mario Mandžukić will miss Saturday’s match after suffering a broken nose in their Champions League loss. Simeone will likely put Raúl García, Raúl Jiménez, or both, up top to lead the attack.
