Real Madrid vs. Elche live stream: How to watch La Liga online, TV schedule and more

Real Madrid are carrying momentum after an impressive win over Depor on Saturday.

David Ramos

Real Madrid go for their second straight league victory -- and third straight win overall -- as they return home to the Bernabéu to face 13th place Elche. Los Franjiverdes have gotten off to a 1-1-2 start this season, and where shutout 2-0 in the last last match against Eibar. Madrid are fresh off demolishing Deportivo La Coruña, but the it's also their third match in a week. With fatigue likely to play a role, Carlo Ancelotti may decide to rotate his lineup.

Key Player: Przemyslaw Tyton (Elche)

This is the 27-year-old Polish goalkeeper’s first season with Elche after joining the club on loan from PSV over the summer. Tyton earned the PSV starting job at the beginning on the 2012 season but was demoted after just six matches. Since then he’s been loaned out twice by the club, first to PSV’s reserve side and now Elche. This is his first taste of the offensive juggernaut that is Real Madrid, and if Los Franjiverdes have any hope of getting a result, they’ll need Tyton to stand on his head for 90 minutes.

Key Matchup: Elche's defense vs. Real Madrid's attack

After a soul crushing defeating against Atlético Madrid two weeks ago, the Real Madrid offense has kicked things into high gear. In the two games since that loss, Los Blancos have netted 13 goals -- 5 vs. Basel, 8 vs. Depor -- while allowing just three. Elche's defense hasn't been ridiculously porous so far this season, but they've not been an impenetrable shield either.

Real Madrid injuries and suspensions

Out: Sami Khedira (thigh), Jese Rodriguez (knee). In Doubt: Sergio Ramos (foot), Pepe (hamstring), Dani Carvajal (hamstring).

Elche injuries and suspensions

Out: None

Ancelotti has concerns over both of his first choice center backs. Pepe is recovering from a hamstring injury and missed their last match, while Ramos picked up a foot injury against Depor. Both are questionable for Tuesday. Dani Carvajal is inching closer and closer to a return for Madrid after injuring his hamstring in international duty. At this point, it’s really up to doctors and the coaching staff as to when they think he’s ready to go. Álvaro Arbeloa will continue at right back until Carvajal is healthy. Both Sami Khedira and Jese remain out long-term with knee injuries.
