Sandro has an injured knee. And he did it while practicing his knee slide goal celebration in training.
Sandro injures himself while practicing goal celebration in training
Sandro, professional athlete.

Queens Park Rangers manager Harry Redknapp said that Sandro hurt himself after scoring in training and doing a slide. The problem is that the grass was very dry and it led to an injured knee.
Sandro missed QPR’s match last weekend with the injury, and looks unlikely to play in the club’s next match. Exactly when he will play again is still unclear.
It makes sense why Sandro would practice his goal celebration. It will probably come in handy, with him scoring all of three goals since moving to the Premier League in 2010. It is his goalscoring that led QPR to shell out £10 million for him on deadline day, and his celebrations made it a no brainer. He must practice his craft.
So let it be written on his tombstone one day: Sandro, menacing beard, loving friend, footballer, injured his knee while practicing his goal celebration in training.
