Leeds owner watches match with fans in away end

Leeds owner Massimo Cellino is ... special.

The Italian has been arrested on several occasions and is now facing the prospect of having to sell Leeds because of a tax case related to a yacht, although he denies he will have to sell. He also thinks the number 17 is unlucky and has replaced every seat number 17 at Elland Road with 16b. Oh, and he’s a guitarist in a band.

If nothing else, he is unique.

And so with Leeds away to Brentford, Cellino decided to go to the match, but not in a box. He sat with the away fans. Unfortunately, it didn’t work as Leeds lost, and Cellino probably won’t do it again. Toss is in the unlucky box with the number 17.
