Sardar Azmoun was 17 years old and had never played a single match for the Sepahan first team in Iran. And yet, Rubin Kazan swopped in and bought him anyway.

It’s becoming abundantly clear why. Because of things like this turn and goal for Iran in their 1-0 win over Qatar to open the Asian Cup on Friday.
