Aaron Ramsey’s mystery New Balance boots get some color

Aaron Ramsey has been wearing New Balance boots in matches for club and country for a few months and that hasn't been a secret for some time. The Arsenal and Wales midfielder had been wearing a pair of white mystery boots before showing off the same pair with a big, black "N" logo in a Euro 2016 qualifying clash with Belgium back in November.

The mystery New Balance boots are still just that but it looks as though they're getting close to an official launch and it's that man, Aaron Ramsey, that is showing off the newest version. The Arsenal player trotted out the latest version of the boots that don't have a name or description in the Gunners' admittedly surprising 2-0 win over Manchester City at the Etihad on Sunday.

Ramsey's New Balance boots (also worn by the likes of Marouane Fellaini and Samir Nasri) look to be a direct competitor to Nike's Hypervenom and the adidas Predator Instinct but are still unofficial, as is New Balance's involvement in the sport, and, indirectly, what will become of Liverpool's Warrior kit sponsorship.
