On Lionel Messi’s disgusting, absurd chipped assist to Neymar

Its most rare, but not completely uncommon setting is standing around looking annoyed at a lack of good service. One fun setting is extreme intensity and high work rate. But its best setting, by far, is the one depicted above: Eff You Mode.
This is Lionel Messi at his most fun to watch: When his team is up 3-0 and cruising, the other players on the pitch can't do anything to slow him down, and he's free to just try crazy things that no one else does on a regular basis. Look at the ridiculous ease he hits this perfect chip with. It's his first touch. He doesn't even control the ball or think about where it's going to go. He just casually dinks a ball over the top of the defense that falls into the path of Neymar, who doesn't even have to slow down.
It couldn’t have been a more perfect pass. Absolutely disgusting.
