Cuauhtémoc Blanco got a deafening ovation in his last appearance at Estadio Azteca

Just under eight years after leaving Club America, 42-year-old Cuauhtémoc Blanco, perhaps the team’s greatest ever player, stepped onto the pitch for Puebla against his old team in a Liga MX match. It’s probably the last time he’ll ever step foot on the pitch at the Estadio Azteca in a competitive game, and the ovation he got from the America supporters was realllllllly loud.
