Semi-pro soccer team scores from 70 yards in the FA Cup

Scott Davies of Wealdstone won’t ever score a better goal than this.

Down by two goals, ninth-division team Brockenhurst pushed their goalkeeper forward on a free kick, and whooooooooooops.

The goal was scored by English sixth-division team Wealdstone FC, who won their FA Cup third-round qualifying match on Saturday, helped by this bomb by Scott Davies. If they win one more match, they’ll make the FA Cup proper, when the fully professional Football League teams enter.
