Since the start of the 2013/14 season:

8 Bad
4 Meh
11 Good
2 Exceptional
2 DNP

October 4, 2015: vs. Atlético Madrid in La Liga -- Ronaldo was bad.

May 13, 2015: vs. Juventus in Champions League -- Converted a penalty, but was otherwise pretty bad.

May 5, 2015: @ Juventus in Champions League -- He can’t play defense. He scored his team’s only goal, from open play. He was good.

April 22, 2015: vs. Atlético Madrid in Champions League -- Ronaldo sets up the game-winning goal with an excellent assist, so this certainly constitutes showing up in a big game.

April 14, 2015: @ Atlético Madrid in Champions League -- A 0-0 draw, but one where Jan Oblak was incredible and made a couple very good saves on Ronaldo. Meh.

March 22, 2015: @ Barcelona in La Liga -- A loss, but one where he scored the only goal from open play, hit the crossbar, and thought he set up a go-ahead goal when he was judged -- perhaps incorrectly -- to be a half-step offside. He was good in this game and Madrid’s defense was poor.

March 10, 2015: vs. Schalke in Champions League -- He was the only player of real quality on the pitch for Madrid in this one. He scored twice and everyone collapsed around him. This was a very good performance.

February 18, 2015: @ Schalke in Champions League -- A goal and an assist in a 2-0 win. Undoubtedly a very good performance.

February 7, 2015: vs. Atlético Madrid in La Liga -- This game was a disaster for everyone on Real Madrid, Ronaldo included.

January 15, 2015: vs. Atlético Madrid in Copa del Rey -- He certainly wasn’t responsible for the two goals allowed off each kickoff, and scored in the 54th minute to get his team back into the game. A meh performance at worst, probably deserving of a “good” rating.

January 7, 2015: @ Atlético Madrid in Copa del Rey -- Like everyone else on Real Madrid, he was bad.

October 25, 2014: vs. Barcelona in La Liga -- This game was defined by the midfield play of Toni Kroos and Luka Modric, but Ronaldo was certainly good, even if he wasn’t exceptional.

September 13, 2014: vs. Atlético Madrid in La Liga -- Drew the penalty he converted and set up numerous other chances. He was good, and his team wasn’t.

August 24, 2014: vs. Atlético Madrid in the Spanish Super Cup -- Not good.

August 19, 2014: @ Atlético Madrid in the Spanish Super Cup -- Also not good.

May 24, 2014: vs. Atlético Madrid in Champions League -- Even though he scored a penalty in his team’s La Decima win, he was bad in this game. Gareth Bale, Sergio Ramos and Angel di Maria willed Madrid to the title while Ronaldo did a lot of nothing.

April 29, 2014: @ Bayern Munich in Champions League -- He was excellent in a huge win.

April 23, 2014: vs. Bayern Munich in Champions League -- A big ol meh.

April 16, 2014: @ Barcelona in Copa del Rey -- DNP

April 8, 2014: @ Borussia Dortmund in Champions League -- DNP

April 2, 2014: vs. Borussia Dortmund in Champions League -- He was good before he picked up his injury, scoring from open play in a win.

March 23, 2014: vs. Barcelona in Copa del Rey -- Meh. He didn’t get sent off or give away penalties in the loss.

March 2, 2014: @ Atlético Madrid in La Liga -- Scored a late goal to save a point, deserving of a “good” label.

February 11, 2014: @ Atlético Madrid in Copa del Rey -- Almost doesn’t count because Atléti were down three and kinda quit here, but he was good.

February 5, 2014: vs. Atlético Madrid in Copa del Rey -- Angel di Maria did it all here. Ronaldo was meh.

October 26, 2013: @ Barcelona in La Liga -- A loss for Madrid, but a good performance by Ronaldo. Set up chances, was denied by Victor Valdes, had a legitimate penalty should denied and did eventually score in stoppage time. Gareth Bale got whistled relentlessly in this one, while Raphael Varane looked like a youngster.

September 28, 2013: vs. Atlético Madrid in La Liga -- He was bad.

May 17, 2013: vs. Atlético Madrid in Copa del Rey -- An awesome final, in which Ronaldo scored the opener by shrugging off a double team of Diego Godin and Radamel Falcao. Madrid lost, but he was good.

April 30, 2013: vs. Borussia Dortmund in Champions League -- Meh. Should be noted he had no goals or assists in a game they needed to win by three, though. Borderline poor.

April 27. 2013: @ Atlético Madrid in La Liga -- DNP

April 24, 2013: @ Borussia Dortmund in Champions League -- He was good. His midfield and defense disintegrated.

April 9, 2013: @ Galatasaray in Champions League -- A game that Madrid made harder than it needed to be. He got the away goal, they gave up three, then he sealed it in stoppage time. Ronaldo was good, others weren’t.

April 3, 2013: vs. Galatasaray in Champions League -- He was good.

March 5, 2013: @ Manchester United in Champions League -- Taking some liberties here and calling this Round of 16 tie a pair of “big games.” Nicely sealed progression for his team with a 69th minute goal.

February 26, 2013: @ Barcelona in Copa del Rey -- Bossed it. Excellent.

February 13, 2013: vs. Manchester United in Champions League -- After Madrid went behind, Ronaldo responded with a goal 10 minutes later. He was good.

January 30, 2013: vs. Barcelona in Copa del Rey -- He was poor.

December 1, 2012: vs. Atlético Madrid in La Liga -- He was excellent, a goal and an assist in a 2-0 win.

October 7, 2012: @ Barcelona in La Liga -- The best Messi vs. Ronaldo battle ever. They were both 9/10 in this one. Masterful stuff.

August 29, 2012: vs. Barcelona in the Spanish Super Cup -- Scored the winning goal, so yeah.

August 23, 2012: @ Barcelona in the Spanish Super Cup -- He was good, got the big opening away goal.

April 25, 2012: vs. Bayern Munich in Champions League -- Good, but we can’t say more than that despite his two goals. With the series tied, Toni Kroos bossed the second half and extra time.

April 21, 2012: @ Barcelona in La Liga -- Scored the game-winning goal at Camp Nou to clinch La Liga, so this one goes in the exceptional category.

April 17, 2012: @ Bayern Munich in Champions League -- Nothing special, but contributed to the away goal. He was good.

April 11, 2012: @ Atlético Madrid in La Liga -- Obliterated them. Three goals and an assist. Exceptional.

January 25, 2012: @ Barcelona in Copa del Rey -- Good, not great.

January 18, 2012: vs. Barcelona in Copa del Rey -- The same. Scored the opener, couldn’t get Madrid back into the tie though.

December 10, 2011: vs. Barcelona in La Liga -- He was pretty junk.

November 26, 2011: vs. Atlético Madrid in La Liga -- Good, not great.

August 17, 2011: @ Barcelona in the Spanish Super Cup -- We’ll say meh. This one is a tough call. He was badly outshined by Lionel Messi, but he wasn’t bad by any stretch of the imagination.

August 14, 2011: vs. Barcelona in the Spanish Super Cup -- A resounding meh.

May 3, 2011: @ Barcelona in UEFA Champions League -- Junk.

April 27, 2011: vs. Barcelona in UEFA Champions League -- Also junk.
