Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo exit rumors pop up before El Clásico
It’s that time of the year.

El Clásico is this weekend, so of course, the pre-crisis stories need to get drummed up. If Barcelona and Real Madrid are both in pre-crisis now, they’ll be in full-on meltdown mode if they lose the big match.
Rumors that Lionel Messi would like to go to the Premier League have been swirling for about a year, ever since he had a reported disagreement with manager Luis Enrique. Monday’s big rumor is that he’d like to go to Arsenal, who would pay him £600,000 ($912,000 USD) per week.
Ronaldo could bounce too, mostly because he told Florentino Perez that Madrid will win nothing with Rafa Benitez as manager. But Perez is apparently not sure which of Ronaldo or Gareth Bale he should get rid of.
