Europe’s top teams will find out who they face on Monday.

Reigning champions Barcelona have won their group, keeping them out of the path of the biggest teams for the first knockout round. However, the runners-up side of the bracket has some strong teams. Last year’s finalists Juventus are over on that side, as well as Paris Saint-Germain and Arsenal.
Notably missing from this draw are Manchester United, who were knocked out with a loss to Wolfsburg last week. Die Wölfe are in the winners’ half of the bracket as a result of that victory.
During this round, the teams are separated into seeded and unseeded pots. Besides being unable to draw anyone from their pot, each team is also unable to be drawn against the team they faced in group play or a team from their country. The pots look like this.
| Group | Winners | Runners-up |
| A | Real Madrid | Paris Saint-Germain |
| B | Wolfsburg | PSV Eindhoven |
| C | Atlético Madrid | Benfica |
| D | Manchester City | Juventus |
| E | Barcelona | AS Roma |
| F | Bayern Munich | Arsenal |
| G | Chelsea | Dynamo Kiev |
| H | Zenit St Petersburg | KAA Gent |
There’s one possible rematch from last year’s Round of 16 possible -- Chelsea could face PSG at this stage for the second year in a row. Barcelona vs. PSG is the only other matchup from last year’s knockout stages that could be repeated from the draw.
Draw date/time: Monday, 6 a.m. ET, 12 p.m. local
Location: Nyon, Switzerland
TV: Fox Sports 1 (U.S.)
