Throughout their investigation into corruption in global soccer, the United States Department of Justice has continued to state that they’re going after the biggest fish they can catch, but without mentioning Sepp Blatter by name. However, a BBC documentary has.

The program will air on Monday and will feature reporting on an FBI investigation into a bribery scandal involving Blatter. Journalist Andrew Jennings, who has been reporting on FIFA corruption and Blatter specifically since before the initial FIFA indictments, says he has evidence that Blatter had full knowledge of bribes paid to former president Joao Havelange, despite being cleared of wrongdoing in that case back in the 1990s.

Blatter, of course, has always maintained his innocence.
