Newcastle vs. Arsenal 2015 live stream: Time. TV schedule and how to watch online

An away trip to Newcastle usually isn’t easy, but Arsenal should beat a wounded Magpies side.

Arsenal might have been sent out of Europe in disappointing fashion, but they’re at least in a good position to maintain their standing in the footballing world and return to the Champions League next season. Their seven straight Premier League wins have them solidly in third place, and with Manchester United playing Liverpool this weekend, they have a chance to strengthen their grip on top four with a win over Newcastle.

Normally, winning at St. James’ Park wouldn’t be an easy task. Even though Newcastle are in a bit of a holding pattern for the rest of the season, they’re usually pretty tough to beat at home. However, they’re missing most of their first-team squad and are down to bare bones. They’re particularly thin in defense, where four first-team players are missing, including both left backs and their preferred central defense pairing.

The Gunners are getting healthy, but Arsene Wenger might opt for a bit of squad rotation in this game. While they no longer have Champions League to worry about, a handful of players are probably still in need of a rest after Tuesday’s game away to Monaco.

Newcastle injuries and suspensions

Out: Fabricio Coloccini (suspended), Mehdi Abeid (thigh), Papiss Cisse (knee), Rolando Aarons (thigh), Massadio Haidara (knee), Paul Dummett (knee), Siem De Jong (lung), Cheik Tiote (knee), Stephen Taylor (calf).

Arsenal injuries and suspensions

Out: Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain (hamstring), Jack Wilshere (ankle), Mikel Arteta (ankle), Mathieu Debuchy (shoulder), Abou Diaby (calf). In doubt: Tomas Rosicky (illness)

Newcastle only have 13 senior outfield players available for this match. Expect to see lots of out of position players and a handful of teenagers you’ve never heard of.
