El Clásico live streaming: How to watch Barcelona vs. Real Madrid online

Barcelona and Real Madrid renew their rivalry on Sunday.

Real Madrid won the first edition of El Clásico this season, and in impressive fashion. Neymar scored early at the Santiago Bernabeu, but Los Merengues fought back, sinking Barcelona with a 3-1 win. On Sunday, Barcelona are favorites in the return fixture.

During the first half of this season, Madrid ripped off a 22-game winning streak, opening up a big lead on top of La Liga. But they’ve lost three times in the league since then, and they’ve only taken four points out of a possible nine from their last three league games. Barcelona, meanwhile, have won three in a row, as well as nine of their last 10 games.

Lionel Messi is in top form after a rough start to the season, and now has 43 goals in just 39 games. Considering how poorly he started the year, he looks like he could match his second-best season of 60 goals in 50 games. Ronaldo, meanwhile, has cooled off. He still has an exceptional 41 goals in 39 games, but at one point before the holiday break, he looked capable of chasing down Messi’s career-best 73 goals in a season. That won’t happen anymore, but he can still revive this campaign with a big Clásico performance.

As fans await the release of the lineups for the game, all of the questions will be about two big stars -- Sergio Busquets and James Rodriguez. The Barcelona defensive midfielder sat out midweek with an injury, but could take Javier Mascherano's place. James won't start for Real Madrid, but could make his return to the squad with a place on the bench.
